Where to pick up the bike?
Pick up your bike conveniently at one of our Bike Events at a university near you. To get more information about location and time of these events check our News blog or email us on info@studentbikes.dk
You are also welcome to drop by our storage facility and pick up your bike. However it is very important that you email us in advance, before you show up. The address is Hejrevej 30, 2400 København NV.
How to get there by public transportation?
Take the S-train to Nørrebro station. From there it’s not far. Take a look at this map for directions

Where to return the bike?
The bike has to be returned at our storage facility on Hejrevej 30, Nørrebro.
Go to Nørrebro Station and look on the map above for directions from there.

What should I bring when renting the bike?
Remember to bring the rent plus deposit in cash as well as a valid passport.
How old are the bikes?
The bikes are no older than February 1, 2010.
What happens if the bike is stolen?
If the bike is stolen, you need to report the bike stolen as soon as possible. In case of theft your deposit is lost. If you have your own insurance, it might cover your expenses afterwards.
What happens if the bike is damaged?
Damages that happens to the bike while the bike is in renter’s custody is the renter’s responsibility. We have the mandate to deduct in the deposit to cover damage costs. However we cover manufacturing defects and we will to the extent possible provide another bike right away.
What about a lock to the bike?
The bikes are equipped with a certified lock.
